Privacy Policy

Effective April 2026 · Woloomo LLC, Holladay, Utah

This Privacy Policy describes how Woloomo LLC (“Woloomo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and handles information in connection with the CueBe product, the CueBe early access signup page, and any other Woloomo digital properties (collectively, the “Services”).

We believe privacy should be straightforward. We’ll tell you plainly what we collect, what we do with it, and where you stand.

Information we collect

When you sign up for CueBe early access, we collect the email address you provide and, if you choose to share it, information about your intended use (e.g., “colorblind,” “gift,” “professional use”) and any additional notes you submit through the form.

We also collect standard web server and analytics information — things like your browser type, device category, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP address. This information is collected automatically when you visit our site and is used in aggregate to understand how people find us and what they’re interested in.

CueBe hardware devices, when released, will process spectral data locally on-device. Scan results are spoken aloud and not transmitted unless you explicitly opt into cloud features (if any are offered in future versions).

How we use your information

Your email address is used to notify you when CueBe is available, to share relevant updates about the product, and occasionally to ask for your input as we develop it. We do not send advertising for third-party products. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

Aggregate, anonymized usage data — meaning data that cannot be used to identify you personally — may be used to understand product-market fit, guide development priorities, and improve the CueBe experience. We may also use or license anonymized aggregate data for commercial purposes, including partnerships with researchers, healthcare organizations, or industry partners. This data contains no personally identifiable information.

Plain language: We will never sell your name, email, or personal details to anyone. We reserve the right to use and monetize anonymized, aggregated data — the kind that tells us “people in this region are interested in this use case,” not “Patrick signed up on Tuesday.”

Data sharing and third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information with service providers who help us operate the Services — for example, email delivery providers or hosting infrastructure — under agreements that require them to protect your data and use it only for the purpose of providing those services.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Woloomo, our users, or the public.

If Woloomo is acquired, merged, or undergoes a change of ownership, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website prior to any such transfer.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for basic functionality. We do not use advertising trackers, behavioral profiling cookies, or third-party retargeting pixels. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and prefer privacy-respecting, cookieless alternatives.

Data retention

We retain your email address and associated signup data for as long as you are an active member of our early access list or customer base. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR. We are a small US-based company and will work in good faith to honor those rights.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect the information we collect, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access controls on stored data. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously and will notify you promptly in the event of a breach affecting your personal information.

Children

CueBe and our Services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
