Privacy policy

Your clothes aren't anyone else's business.

Effective April 20, 2026

The short version

CUE is designed to keep your data on your device. Vision processing runs locally on CUE — images are never uploaded. Voice wake-word detection runs locally too. Your wardrobe inventory, style preferences, and usage logs live on your CUE or in your private cloud account.

We collect the minimum information needed to sell you a device, process payments, ship it to you, and keep it running. We do not sell your personal information. We do not serve advertising. We do not operate on an ad-supported model.

1. Who we are

Woloomo, Inc. (“Woloomo,” “we,” “us”) is the operator of woloomo.com, cue.woloomo.com, dresscheck.woloomo.com, and the CUE device and its associated services. We are a U.S. corporation based in Holladay, Utah.

2. Information we collect

When you browse our websites

Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, referrer, timestamp), kept for up to 90 days for security and diagnostics. If you submit a form (e.g., CueBe signup), we collect the information you submit — typically an email address and optional fields you choose to complete.

When you buy a CUE device

Name, shipping address, email, and phone number for shipping and support. Payment information is processed by our payment provider (Stripe or similar) and is not stored on our systems.

When you use a CUE device

CUE stores wardrobe inventory, style preferences, caregiver rules, and usage history locally on the device. If you opt into cloud sync (optional), an encrypted copy is stored in your Woloomo account for backup and multi-device access. Audio capture and vision processing run locally on CUE; we do not receive your raw audio or images unless you explicitly send us a support diagnostic.

When you use the Care Plan

The optional Care Plan provides a caregiver with activity summaries (e.g., whether CUE issued its morning briefing). These are stored in your Woloomo account, associated with the linked caregiver's email, and retained until you cancel the Care Plan or delete your account.

3. How we use information

We do not use your information for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with data brokers.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business — payment processors, shipping carriers, email infrastructure, cloud hosting — and only the information they need to perform their role. We require all such providers to protect your information under contract.

We may disclose information when compelled by valid legal process or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Woloomo, our users, or the public.

5. How long we keep information

We keep order and account records as required by tax and warranty obligations — typically seven years for financial records. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time; we will delete it within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents have specific rights under the CCPA; EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR. We honor these rights for all users regardless of location.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data, and access controls limiting who can view personal information. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever suffer a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.

8. Children

Our products and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products and practices evolve. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the most recent version.

10. Contact

Privacy questions, complaints, or requests: [email protected].
